About Robert Yundt Homes

Born and raised in the Matanuska Susitna Valley, Robert (Rob) is a 3rd generation carpenter whose family history in the valley runs back to the early 1940’s. At the age of 20 Rob teamed up with his brother and built and sold his first Spec home.

At the age of 24 he established Robert Yundt Homes and has since built and sold close to 100 projects around the Valley, most of which were “pre-sold” and range in size from Single Family to 32 Unit Projects.







Having been an Award Winning Member of the Mat-Su Homebuilders Association for years, Rob knows that building the perfect product takes the help and feedback of the client. Whether it is something as simple as picking the color of the Granite Countertops or helping with the original design of the home, a perfect project can only be established with the help and feedback of the buyer.








In his spare time, Rob enjoys all the time he can get with his beautiful wife Trenitie and their 6 kids. Having represented Alaska around the world both as an amateur and Professional Athlete, Rob understands what hard work is and carries the same passion into his projects as he does in his personal life.
